Henskens Rankin 2012 Vintage Brut

Golden brioche and honeysuckle with lime blossom notes, ripe white stone fruit and baked apple. Elegant long, dry, savoury finish. Generous mouthfeel. The textural, rich body gained from seven years on lees and under cork, is perfectly balanced by the clean acid line. Very rare, individually numbered bottles.

Spring Vale 2017 Blanc de Blanc

A selection of hand-picked Chardonnay fruit was whole bunch pressed, lightly settled and fermented in old French barriques.  The base wine was matured on lees in barrel for 4 months. Exudes purity with its crisp, vibrant character. Delicate bubbles dance atop layers of citrus and green apple, culminating in a refreshing palate.
